ISG provided site lighting and landscape lighting design services to provide tenants a better outdoor experience.  The concept was to provide a more residential oriented design that would promote a better outdoor experience.

Providing exterior lighting design to accent architectural features of building anchors along this amazing bike trail was our task. Creating a great experience for bike enthusiast was our goal while also providing lighting that was efficient and maintenance free.

Working on this one-of- a-kind building was a great experience. The owner of the building was looking for assistance in helping them build out their vision for the space. We began by understanding the owner requirements, selecting a design and construction team, facilitating the process of collaborative design and then helping execute the construction of the space. We also provided lighting design that fit the design aesthetics of the space at a fraction of the original lighting package.

ISG provided special lighting design services for the club / lobby area of this multi family project for both interior and exterior experiences.  The concept was to create a unique sense of place to promote the brand of this project.

ISG will be working with the design team to facilitate an Integrated Design Process.  The IDP requires a multidisciplinary design team that includes or acquires the skills required to address all design issues flowing from the objectives. The IDP proceeds from whole building system strategies, working through increasing levels of specificity, to realize more optimally integrated solutions.  ISG will also be responsible to secure specialty consultants and contractors to implement these solutions.

While seeking their first retail store space, Hello Local sought the services of Integrated Solutions Group to identify available spaces in the downtown areas of various local cities. Once a location was selected and negotiation of renting the space, the interior layout was begun including display design and lighting design.

Building out this space was perhaps one of the easiest projects we’ve ever done. The rule was simple, do NOT obstruct any views! Understanding the use of the space and what the brand was going to be, made selecting the right finishes and furniture easy. We also understood the budget constraints for the build out which led to efficient decisions during the construction of the space. In closing, we providing lighting design to illuminate the space in a manner that fit the culture of the space and spoke to the brand as well.

Meeting with the owner and understanding their vision for the space was instrumental in completing this project in a successful manner. Tasked with illuminating a work space in a way that would not make it FEEL like a work space was a challenge but one we embraced. The end result is one of the best spaces that we’ve ever designed.

Working closely with the architect and ownership of this landmark restaurant was very rewarding. The task of turning an existing building that once served as a 1950 era auto dealership into an upscale yet approachable restaurant was a welcomed challenge. The lighting control was designed to provide the right amount of ambiance, regardless of the time of day.
