ISG was retained to provide lighting control design and audio visual design for this private residence.  After meeting with the owner to determine scope of work and owner requirements, we provided performance based specifications and secured proposals from multiple AV firms.

ISG will be working with the design team to facilitate an Integrated Design Process.  The IDP requires a multidisciplinary design team that includes or acquires the skills required to address all design issues flowing from the objectives. The IDP proceeds from whole building system strategies, working through increasing levels of specificity, to realize more optimally integrated solutions.  ISG will also be responsible to secure specialty consultants and contractors to implement these solutions.

Working closely with the architect and ownership of this landmark restaurant was very rewarding. The task of turning an existing building that once served as a 1950 era auto dealership into an upscale yet approachable restaurant was a welcomed challenge. The lighting control was designed to provide the right amount of ambiance, regardless of the time of day.

This one of a kind restaurant and bar required thinking outside the box for lighting design and lighting control. The architecture of the space begged to be highlighted while also providing the correct amount of ambient lighting to provide the patron a great experience. The lighting control was designed to provide the right amount of lighting at the right time automatically.
